2024-25 Season Reminders
| Just a few last summer session reminders: If your child took summer classes, we have finished our summer session, with the exception of Wednesday and Thursday classes. Due to the 4th and 24th of July Holidays, we will be having cmake up classes for all Wednesday and Thursday classes next week. There will NOT be and Monday or Tuesday classes next week. The make up classes next week will be held at our NEW LOCATION- 599 N. 800 W. # 3 and #8 On Wednesday: Advanced Modern and Ballet Classes will be held in Studio #8 Intermediate Modern and the Flexibility class will be held in Studio #3 Tumbling classes- same as always #1/2 On Thursday- Beginning, Intermediate and Adult Ballet will be held in Studio #8 Tumbling and Spirit Cheer Teams- same as always #1/2
For our fall/spring session: When I opened up registration, I checked and double checked that it was set up correctly, but the first day and a half of registration, it was not charging the yearly registration fee. I will be having to go into all accounts and making sure that those have been charged. If you registered and it didn't charge you the fee, those fees will be set up for Aug. 1st. If you have autopay, it will process on that day. If you do not have a card set up on autopay, you will need to go in and manually pay for that to ensure your child has their spot in classes. I am sorry about that! Anyone with more than one child in classes, the second child is charged $15 for their registration. However, the system is not able to do that so I have to manually go in and create a credit on your cheer/dance/tumbling account for the $10 discount. I will be working on that as well, they will be in there well before tuition for Sept. is charged. If you don't see that on your account by Aug. 15th please lmk and I will be sure to fix that. I try to catch them all, but sometimes miss a few. With each registration they will get a new t-shirt (but only one per registration fee) if they are on a cheer team or in a tumbling class, I order a cheer shirt for them and if they are in dance, I order them a dance shirt. If your child is in dance and cheer, feel free to lmk which one you prefer by emailing me at [email protected]. Shoe day for dancers is Aug. 8th from 5-6:30pm. You can bring your child to size for their turners and ballet shoes. sizes I have available to order are:

If your child has a smaller foot and in a Combo class, here is a link to order some on Amazon. My company just doesn't go below a youth 1 sadly.
**Cheer shoes for spirit cheer teams are found on this site. They must be the Chasse Ace II in all white.
These run about a size to a size and a half small so order bigger than regular shoe size.

Tap Shoes: Tap shoes should be black and similar to these for both child and adults.

WHAT TO WEAR:
We have a studio policy to please cover up your stomach while in class! We prefer to just focus on dance, cheer and tumbling and not comparing our bodies to other students. Tiny Twos and Preschool Dance classes: Pink ballet shoes are required. Any dance or athletic outfit is fine for this class. Please nothing big and baggy. Tap classes: the shoe ordering information is on the shoe blog. Form fitting dance clothing should be worn in tap class. Please order black tap shoes ASAP so your child has them for classes once they begin. Flexibility class: Form fitting Clothing. Stretching blocks are required for this class:
Modern/Contemporary classes: Turners or bare feet. Form fitting dancewear should be worn, nothing big and baggy. Ballet Classes: All dancers need pink ballet shoes (please order from the studio as colors vary), any color of leotard is allowed for ballet dancers. Nothing big or baggy! Leotards are required, you may wear tights or booty shorts with the leotard. No leggings. Hair up in a bun. Hip Hop classes: Baggy, clothing that you can move in is appropriate for this class. All dancewear is acceptable as well. Sneakers need to be worn in class. We will be ordering hip hop shoes to go with our costumes for the year, that information will be updated here. Jazz classes: Students should wear form fitting dance/athletic wear. nothing big and baggy Cheer classes- Form fitting athleticwear that students can move in. No jewelry! Hair must be pulled back into a pony tail. Competition Team should wear all black. Tumbling classes: Form fitting athleticwear that students can move in. Absolutely nothing big and baggy and no street clothing should be worn. No levis ever. Hair should be up and out of the way. Ballroom classes- form fitting dancewear- ballroom shoes for girls and boys will be sent by the instructor.
**Please be sure to get the Sports Engine Motion App if you are new to the studio!!! This app has all of your billing info, class info, class videos for practicing, Events and news for the upcoming season. Once you are in the system, you can log into the app with the email and password you registered with. The code for our studio is UTTPD You can manage most everything from the app and it is where you can find all of the info you'll need for the upcoming year! The two places for information in the app are the "EVENTS" link and the "NEWS" link. Here you can find most info that you need to know! There will be a fundraiser packet available at shoe day (Aug. 8th 5-6:30pm) if you are interested. This is available to anyone in any classes. Anything earned will go directly into your individual account for costumes, uniforms, tuition, etc... We will sell into Sept, but if you want to get going on it early feel free to come in and grab a packet Aug. 8th. They will also be in the studio lobby (#1) when classes begin in Sept. I will be setting up your child in a billing hub after Aug. 1st. During the month please check their class schedule in the app and make sure their billing hub says the correct number of hours they are enrolled. If it is not correct or a class is incorrect, please notfy me so I can get that changed before billing goes out for Sept. I have to drop all classes for you so I can adjust billing, you can add any class to your child's (or your) schedule. Billing information: Every 1st day of the month your account will be billed for tuition, you have until the 10th of each month to check charges and make sure everything looks correct. On the 10th of each month, those charges will process to your bank/credit card. If you are not set up on autopay, payments are due on the 10th of each month. I have a lock box for any cash payments in the lobby of Studio #1. If you prefer to pay by Venmo, you can venmo me @Jeanine-Nielson However, this would need to be sent no later than the 8th of each month so I have time to put them into the system prior to the 10th!! This is a service I offer, but do not guarantee that is will be on your account by the 10th unless it is there on the 8th of each month. All Costuming/Spirit Cheer uniforms are due no later than October 10th. Because I don't have costume prices yet, those will be put on all accounts after Sept. 15th so you can view them and know what will be due on Oct. 10th. The date of our Christmas recital is Dec. 4th! Please calendar that! Everyone participates, tumbling, cheer and dance! Other dates are in the Events link in the app or the Upcoming Events in the website.
