April/May Information:

April 1-5th is Spring Break for the ICSD, as we follow their schedule, we will not have any classes at the Cedar Location.  

April 1st is a no class day for the Enterprise Gym, but they do have classes the rest of the week.  

April 10th there will be a recital fee of $25 per family that will be due with tuition.  This covers the rental of the Heritage Center, the lighting and music staff etc... We do not charge at the door for spectators, the family recital fee is the only charge for that. 

I do have someone who comes in to video (both digital and DVD) all of the shows.  I will post a link and also send out a link for that if you are interested.  Those are optional to anyone and you can pick which show you want to purchase.  

I finally got tan tights in for the combo classes, etc... If your daughter needs tights (pink or tan) please contact me and I will get them some.  I saw a lot of tan tights that have the feet at pictures.  The correct tights should have stirrups feet and not the full or convertible feet.  

The Pink tights do have the full foot.  Please be sure to have the correct tights from me for the recital.  Those are part of the costume and shoudl all look the same. 

Our Summer schedule should be up are dready for registration on April, 6th at the latest.  I will be working on that all spring break. 

Our Cheer parent meetings in Cedar and Enterprise will be posted in the Events Calendar next week as well. 

The EVENTS tab in the Sportsengine Motion app is where you can see all calender events for the season.  Please look at that before asking about those dates :) 

Pictures:

How pictures work: If your child pre paid for any photos, the proofs will be emailed directly to you where you can choose the photos that you want to order.  You can keep with the same packets that you paid for previously, or you can order more.  Completely up to you.  I will send an email out letting you know that those have been sent out.  If you do not receive yours after you get my email, you can contact them at hellodancerphotography.com and they will help you locate them.  Please don't contact them until AFTER I let you know that those have been sent out.  

 

Recital dates/times update.  Becuase there are several choir and band concerts at both high schools and both middle schools on the days of our shows, I am trying to shchedule around those.  Please note that the younger dancer's show has been moved to Tuesday May 14th instead of Monday May 13th.  Please update that on your calendars. Here is what we are planning on:

Solo Recital: After the 5pm show, we will have our solo recital (approximately 7pm).  For those who have a school concert that evening, please lmk and I will put their solo either in the 5pm show or at the first of the solo show.

All Tumbling classes and all cheer classes will participate in this show. 

Cedar and enterprise students are inthe same show. 

 

*We will not have any classes after the recital dates in May.  We do not pro rate May as the staff hours to run two days of recitals are the same or more than it is to run regular classes during the month.  

Summer session begins on June 3rd.
